Amotec is currently seeking reliable and ambitious Recruiters to join our Cleveland team. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality and sales expierence.
Recruiters Job Description
- Market new job opportunities to candidates via phone or in-person interviews
- Effectively research and use internet recruiting sources to find viable candidates
- Follow candidates from resume to placement
- Build professional relationships with clients, candidates and partner with organizations
- Work effectively with all levels of business and management
- Meet weekly call and candidate placement goals
- Attend job fairs, career fairs and industry events as needed
- Perform other duties assigned
Recruiters Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years inside sales experience
- Must be able to effectively multitask and maintain several deadlines at one time
- Must be comfortable talking on the phone and in person for the majority of work hours
- Proficient computer skills
- Detail-oriented and able to follow processes from start to finish
- A desire to work with a team
- Ability to excel in a competitive environment
