Assistant, Commercial Endorsements - Business Affairs

The Role:
The Assistant, Commercial Endorsements, Business Affairs will provide administrative support to a senior Business Affairs Executive in CAA’s Commercial Endorsements department. CAA’s Commercial Endorsements department creates global opportunities for the world’s leading talent within the commercial space which includes: TV commercials, print ads, digital campaigns, social media campaigns, voiceover, and other media driven initiatives that connect our clients with brands.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for entertainment, media, and marketing with the drive to continue learning more about the many aspects of the representation business. The opportunity for growth not only within the Commercial Endorsements and / or Business Affairs space exists for top performers. Additionally, this role is a great opportunity for those who are seeking to gain experience in the business affairs sector before pursuing a law degree.
Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties include: phones, emailing, coordinating meetings and schedules, preparing expense reports, booking travel, producing correspondence, and additional special projects
  • Asses and create new administrative processes and systems for Executive and Department
 Qualifications:

  • BA/BS from an accredited University or College required
  • Ability to anticipate needs and execute time sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong professional interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality is a must
  • Must be solutions oriented
  • Must be able to thrive in team-oriented and autonomous working environments
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
