Human Resources Intern

Department: Human Resources
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Related Degree
Location: Austin, TX

Objective: Contribute to Cintra’s success by supporting multiple facets of the Human Resources department. An HR Intern will be exposed to different components of this dynamic field such as talent acquisition, on-boarding, benefits administration, training, development and global initiatives while striving for innovation and strategic results in each area.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: Within the department, you will work given support in four core areas.

-         Training: Learn about our internal offering for employee training and development by assisting in the planning of our various formation initiatives
-         Selection: Participate in the global process of acquiring the best talent for Cintra by contributing from the publishing of job openings to doing first level selection of profiles, scheduling interviews, directly speaking to candidates and conduct thorough reference checks
-         Development: Balance and checks of our talent management tool during setting and reviews of objectives
-         Compensation and Benefits: Support in the management of our flexible benefits

Required Qualifications:
-         Master’s degree preferred
-         High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
-         Superior writing and verbal communication skills
-         Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
