Job Description:

This role will be an opportunity for an experienced finance professional to become involved in all aspects of the finance department. The individual will support business analytics and FP&A. Additionally, they will have an opportunity to help build the company’s accounting and finance infrastructure from the ground-up. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-growing, national pharmacy that is committed to improving customer medication outcomes through the utilization of adherence packaging and world-class data management.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to conduct financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Deep analytical skills; able to independently recognize patterns in vast datasets within complex systems, mine information from data, and draw insight from information that ultimately supports organizational strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop analyses to analyze, report on pharmacy profitability.
  • Support the Company’s Equity raising activities, including developing presentations and generating term sheets.
  • Assist in the preparation of Executive Team and Board of Directors presentations.
  • Microsoft Excel experience required, familiarity with VBA a plus.
  • Willingness to roll-up your sleeves and take on all tasks, from the menial to the exciting.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze a problem and develop policies that are in the best interest of the company.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to stay focused on the task regardless of the environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative: Self-starter, strong team member and someone who thrives on delivering results.
  • Special Projects as needed.
Education and Certifications:
  • Pursuit of MBA degree (from Booth, completed 1st year)
  • Advanced Excel skills
