Wealth Management Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for team-oriented, personable, and driven individuals to serve as financial representatives. Initially your chief role will be prospecting for potential clients (both individual and corporate), in an effort to strengthen growth within the firm. Your first year will be both education-intensive and labor-driven. As you sharpen your skill-set you’ll have the opportunity to grow within the firm. Historically, our most successful representatives are those who consistently build relationships (both internally and externally) and leverage them into business opportunities.

Representative Responsibilities:
- Learning our process, internal systems, and structure.
- Prospecting and networking via face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
- Closing and executing finance and sales transactions.
- Servicing existing clients.
- Attending training sessions and meetings.
- Pursuing personal and professional development via individual study and continuing finance education courses which can include pursuit of Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.

Representative Requirements:
- You must have a strong team-based work ethic bolstered by confidence, persistence and a high degree of personal integrity.
- 4 year degree.
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written.
- Authorization to work in the Unites States.
- Sales and finance experience is helpful, but not required.
