- Responsibilities:
- Participates in weekly project planning meetings, assists with Fleet asset data standardization projects, and provides updates on Fleet deliverables for all Operating Companies.
- Assists and takes direction from Fleet Operations Analysts on performance of daily work assignments.
- The ability to take extreme ownership of assignments and to make constructive recommendations to methods, procedures, programs, processes, etc.
- Responsible for downloading and updating various reports and key performance indicators using Excel data from Fleet feeder systems.
- Monitor exception reports, perform root cause analysis, and take corrective actions.
- Determine upcoming registration renewal requirements, support the renewal process, and uploaded current documents to the Fleet asset system.
- Accurately submit requests for payments for motor vehicle taxes, asset buy-outs, and EZ-Pass payments, etc.
- Create purchase order requisitions for goods and services in support of Fleet Operations.
- Responsible for communicating with Fleet Operations’ internal and external customers including; Safety, Accounting, Environmental, Operations, Shop Supervisors, Vendors, and Municipalities.
- Ensures all reports being sent out are updated, accurate, and timely.
