Job Description
G100 Network is seeking a Member Development Coordinator out of the New York office. The Coordinator will work closely with the Chief Development Officer and the Member Development team. She or he will aid in account development, and will draft and maintain pitches, proposals, conduct industry research and manage other go-to-market collateral. Additionally, the Coordinator will help coordinate events, schedule meetings and work to maintain records in our CRM.

Responsibilities:
  • Help to develop and prepare pitches, proposals, and contracts for the Member Development team; assist with presentations and collecting prospect intel, including industry qualifications and team member biographies
  • Maintain ongoing go-to-market collateral in coordination with the Marketing department; update marketing materials with latest content when available
  • Research G100 prospect and member companies to understand key business needs and opportunities
  • Help plan and execute outreach to prospects (email, phone, etc.)
  • Support the coordination of client events by managing internal and external event communications, invitations and handling internal logistics; assist on-site at events when needed
  • Manage a database of client/member, identifying other members within the G100 Network with that experience; drive response for these requests
  • Conduct comprehensive research on members and prospects; including competitive analysis, new member opportunities, industry analysis, and influencers
  • Facilitate prospect outreach by managing business development campaigns, and coordinating with other teams
  • Schedule calls and meetings for the team and log notes of meetings into the CRM; accompany SVP to various meetings where and when appropriate



Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of prior business experience required
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Superior attention to detail required
  • Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills required
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Comfortable with some travel (0-25%)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
