Climbing Tower Director
Applicant must be 21+. Oversees climbing area and staff. Responsible for development and delivery of high quality program to youth ages 6 – 12. Ensures all safety guidelines and procedures are followed. Provides direct supervision to seasonal staff. Most positions require attendance at week-long training (National Camp School) prior to start of the season. This training is paid for by employer. Positions are generally full-time, live at camp positions, although some operations may have part-time, weekend only opportunities available.
