Corporate Strategy and Innovation Associate

Summary/Objective:
The InfoArmor Corporate Strategy and Innovation team is looking for an analytically-minded Associate/Senior Associate (level will be assigned depending on experience). This role will give you the opportunity to build innovative, new to world products that make a tangible, lasting impact on consumers. You will immerse yourself in the product development lifecycle, learn about cutting-edge technologies, and get frequent exposure to interesting startups. You’ll help to define the strategic direction of the company, conduct deep-dive analysis, and help manage communication with senior leaders.

Essential Functions:
As an associate/senior associate you will:
• Conduct end-to-end strategic research assignments leveraging multiple sources, both internal and external, often managing large data sets that drive direction of our products
• Formulate and test hypotheses through objectives setting, requirements scoping and execution of analysis
• Engage with a cross-functional working team, and lead meetings involving multiple, disparate stakeholders to drive critical decision making and define next steps
• Draft presentations for senior stakeholders that effectively communicate significant business insights and provide updates on key developments
• Monitor and assess the industry and competitive landscape, identifying key industry and emerging technology trends
• Assist with project coordination, status reporting, and other project management activities.

Required Education and Experience:
•Minimum 1 – 2+ years of work experience, preferably in management consulting, corporate strategy, venture capital, or in growth, product, or strategy at a startup
•Bachelor’s from a top undergraduate program, with strong academic performance
•Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent thought leadership skills
•Understanding of foundational business concepts and the primary KPIs/levers associated with each
•Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders at all levels to drive change forward
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
•Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
•Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
