JOB PURPOSE:
The Wireless Product Manager role is a leadership position responsible for multiple-million dollar revenue generation. The successful employee is one who a tolerance for ambiguity, lead cross-functional teams, and make the complicated seem simple.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
  • Lead product development and go-to market strategies; including pricing, promotions, and customer messaging.
  • Develop, implement and drive the wireless strategy across the organization and effectively partner with executive leadership and key business units.
  • Actively research the fixed wireless space on an ongoing basis to understand trends and gather competitive intelligence on pricing and product set.
  • Understand and represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Identify, report on, and assume accountability for the attainment of key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the creation of financial forecast models.
  • Partner with Marketing to create and maintain product literature, marketing materials, and sales collateral.
  • Articulate technical concepts in ways that customers and team members can understand and reproduce.
  • Work with Legal regarding contract language, terms and conditions, and service order terms.
  • Remain current on changes in technology and share information with team members.
  • Be a strong leader and foster team work.
