IT Webcast and VOD Portals Fall Co-Op 191547

Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Co-Op candidate to join our Unified Communication Team located at our Ridgefield/Danbury, CT facility. As a Co-Op, you will assist us in growing our internal Webcast service and help us design a marketing problem.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist Webcast team in developing service for global production
  • Generate marketing concepts and strategies to drive service adoption
  • Contribute to cloud service development
  • Test new Video on Demand services/products
  • Migrating video content from one platform to another
  • Assist customers with VOD access/creation
  • Help to design and implement the VOD portal
 
Requirements:
  • Must be an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Professional Student in good academic standing.
  • Must have completed 12 credit hours within a related major and/or other related coursework.
  • Overall, cumulative GPA (from last completed quarter) must be at least 3.000 (on 4.0 scale) or better (No rounding up).
  • Major must be related to the field of internship.

Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities:
  • Good verbal and written communicator
  • Collaborative, team-oriented individual
  • Web portal design is desirable but not required
  • HTML/Powershell experience is desirable but not required
  • Information technology concentration desirable but not required

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
