Job Duties:
· Responsible to manage and conduct technical research through product application.
· Serves as applications specialist for new product or formula development and major product claims.
· Be the primary contact for R&D and Sales relating to internal and external products and systems
· Responsible for product testing, reporting the testing evaluation and communicating the recommendation to the requestor, and/or working within the department to formulate specifications, LOR’s, or warranties.
· Make written technical recommendations and/or assist/write proprietary specifications, technical datasheets, bulletins and news articles.
· Assist Technical department with complex product or applications inquiries.
· Field advanced technical inquires by phone; investigate advanced product claims.
· Present and create advanced technical presentations.
· Create/conduct advanced technical training sessions; write technical correspondence / specifications.
· Coordinate, prepare, and run Universal Floor Tester tests for new systems, document and report results.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred
· Must have excellent communication skills
· Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
· Must be able to travel as required
