Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager: Looking for recent graduates with a drive to prove themselves in an entrepreneurial setting in a late stage startup transitioning to initial stage marketing and sales.

A six-month internship in business development in preparation for a permanent hire to a full-time management position.

The Company: Neighborhood Innovations, LLC was formed to develop and market a disruptive solution to advance land development and construction specifically to create a more sustainable world. Consultants serving public and private entities will harness LandMentor to reduce infrastructure (paving and utilities) an average of 25% while increasing living standards, housing affordability, profitability, curb appeal, safety, and tax base for cities.

It is the only all-inclusive solution that has interactive 3D with plug & play VR headset support for an immersive experience.

The Position: A 6-month position as an intern in business development – once proven, becoming full time management in what should be the next leading solution for the world’s growth.
·        Compensation: After the 6 month intern position as a trial period, assuming the applicant demonstrates the skills and leadership to help grow the company we will make a generous offer.
·        Benefits: None during the internship, but vacation and health insurance should the position go to a full time position.
·        Duties: Learn the various markets we serve, develop a marketing strategy within budget, monitor that strategy for performance, pivot as necessary. Build a sales strategy, and manage it which may include dealer networks, and new recruits.
 
Qualifications: Every successful technology company that leads the market today has had young driven people behind it – those are today’s industry moguls.

These leaders had the following qualities:
1.           They were driven – nothing was going to be a barrier to their success;
2.           They were smart, understood what the market needed even if the market was not even aware of the need;
3.           They had a unique solution to a problem needing to be fixed;
