Business Development Representative

PSM Marketing, a 2x Award-Winning Inc. 5000 Company and Google Certified Partner company is excited to be expanding in Des Moines, IA! Founded by a former Dealer Principal of 5 dealerships, we specialize in providing turn-key marketing that generate quantifiable results in the Automotive, Powersports, RV & Marine industries. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our new branch, selling hot products in a hot market!
As a BDR you will be calling dealerships to set appointments for our automotive Sharpshooter program. Learn more about our marketing programs at https://www.psmmarketing.com/
The position is full time, in-office Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm with weekends off.
  • Set appointments with Decision Makers resulting in one meeting held per day
  • Maintain telephone talk time of 2-3 hours per day
  • Make the minimum dials per day (75)
  • Keep an organized follow-up schedule
  • Use Salesforce.com for data updates, calls, and detailed notes
  • Have fun and maintain a positive attitude
Skills Required:
  • Punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Computer skills, Salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Pleasant, engaging phone persona with good listening skills
  • Must be able to work as part of a team

This BDR position provides a clear path to become an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), then ultimately an Account Executive (AE) with the potential to make over $100,000 per year.
Your performance & tenacity will speed the rate of promotion.
Starting Pay: $13/hour + Commission
