This position allows you to get a bird's-eye view of all operations at the firm. Although this is an entry position, most of our new team members start at this position and work towards more challenging roles, such as new client intakes, marketing, operations management, data analysis or litigation.
This entry position requires the following:
- Availability to work from hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with 1 hour lunch break
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish. Please do not apply if you are not fluent in Spanish.
- Ability to answer telephone calls and direct them to appropriate people, greet clients, and other general office tasks with an attention to detail and professionalism
