Recruiting Associate

About the Role
At ClickTime, we believe that hiring well is the most important thing in the world. We rely on extraordinary people to do extraordinary things everyday, and selecting the right people to dive into those challenges is critical to our success. It’s why our hiring managers are hands-on in every stage of the talent acquisition process, why our staff will drop (almost) everything to take an interview, and why we’re so keen to adapt and improve our recruiting strategy as we grow. That’s where you come in.

As ClickTime’s Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in enabling company growth. You’ll develop a deep understanding of ClickTime (culture, organizational functions, product); work with hiring managers to source, interview, and place candidates; and have an important voice in big-picture talent acquisition conversations (employer branding, sourcing strategy, and beyond). If you’ve been told by your coworkers, friends, and family that you have great judgment in people, if you’re a natural connector, and if you’re able to balance your creativity with a desire for results, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Build upon ClickTime’s existing talent acquisition strategy in order to attract and place high-quality candidates
  • Work internally with hiring managers to understand open positions and team needs
  • Create job descriptions based on the position and company requirements
  • Manage and leverage internal tooling (LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter, Lever) and hiring platforms (Angel List, Hired, etc)
  • Source candidates from relevant networks, online databases, employee referrals, and passive candidates
  • Create a top-tier candidate experience
  • Work closely with hiring managers and Head of People through all stages of the talent acquisition process
  • Attend career fairs, networking events, meetups
  • Serve as an evangelist for talent acquisition across the organization

Qualifications:
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills. You’re excellent at building relationships and earning the trust of your colleagues and candidates
  • Strong technical acumen. You understand that technology and automation are crucial to success in modern recruiting, and can rapidly learn and apply new tools and techniques
  • Top-tier communication skills. You’re excellent over the phone, in-person, and in other written mediums (job advertisements, blog posts, etc)
  • Excellent judgment in people. You ask thoughtful questions, are observant, and can evaluate a candidate on multiple axis (culture fit, aptitude for the job, etc)
  • Creative and analytical. You love approaching recruiting in new and different ways, and measuring the results
  • At least three (3) years of work experience, with exposure/experience in recruiting
  • Bachelor’s Degree
