Account Management Analyst

The Account Management Analyst at DealCloud helps support relationship management, business development and ensures our customers are always taken care of! DeaCloud is looking for highly motivated Account Management Associate with a passion for technology and an interest in the Private Equity and M&A industry. At DealCloud we work closely together to bring the most advanced, innovative software to deal professionals in the Private Equity, Venture Capital and M&A Advisory industries. The Account Management Analyst will work on accounts that are of strategic importance to DealCloud, and will work on a team to complete all account-related requests and activities. In this role, you will develop a deep knowledge of major wall street firms, client’s industry/sector as well as their business needs.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Has a client first attitude and loves to engage prospective new users;
  • Works with a strong sense of urgency, which translates into activity;
  • Researches accounts, identifies key players and generates interest;
  • Teams up with the Account Managers to build pipeline and close deals;
  • Routes qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Manager for further development;
  • Understands customer needs and requirements;
  • Hungry to learn about the DealCloud Platform, our clients, and their business needs;
  • Has at least a basic understanding of financial markets;
  • Has a BA / BS degree.
