Design Internship-Summer 2019

What’s This Position All About?
Are you looking to hone your design skills through real-world experience? Do you know the basics of Adobe Creative Suite but you want to learn from an awesome senior designer in order to improve your style? Are you dying to understand how your field of study fits into the marketing picture? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you're in the right place.
This opening is for students and recent graduates available during the summer quarter/semester for three months. Interns must be available part-time for a minimum of 3 full days a week in office, preferably including Thursdays, beginning in June. This internship pays $12 per hour and will provide the opportunity to work closely with our team to deliver value to our clients.
You will need to submit at least 3 (but no more than 5) work samples from different categories, e.g. print, digital, illustration.

What You'll Need
Junior or senior in an undergraduate program (do not necessarily have to be studying graphic design)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required
Basic knowledge of graphic design principles
Attention to detail
Enthusiasm and creativity
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of digital marketing a plus
Ping pong skills a plus
