Influencer Marketing Agency | Sales Enablement Coordinator

We are looking for someone who loves the thrill of sales but enjoys being on the operational and analytical side of the team! This role will be working closely with every member of the Sales Team to help us achieve our goals. As our Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will be tasked with making sure our growing Sales Team has the resources they need to be successful. You will report to our experienced Vice President of Business Development. 

The Sales Enablement Coordinator will need a deep understanding of our product offering, the methodology we use to create campaigns, and the pain points of our customers. A typical day might consist of a variety of projects: analyzing influencer marketing trends, attending client meetings, working with the Client Services Team to relay campaign feedback, collaborating with our Data Team to extract meaningful insights and authoring content including infographics and trend analysis!

What we’re looking for in a Sales Enablement Coordinator

-  Bachelor's degree; Business, Marketing, English or Communications majors preferred; 1-3 years of marketing or sales experience required
-  Ability to analyze data and relate it to business needs, with a keen eye for driving topline revenue and creating efficiencies in the sales process 
-  Digital savviness and comfort communicating across various formats, from Slack to email to phone calls
-  Eagerness to work in a startup team environment that will be rapidly changing; comfort with navigating ambiguity 
-  Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments, demands, and proven ability to meet deadlines 
-  Experience in directly creating content and job aids/collateral to support common language and methodology 
-  High level of comfort with quantitative concepts, including an ability to understand data and communicate it to a client; this is not a highly technical role, but numeracy and comfort with data is a must
-  Proficiency in Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Photoshop or other design software is a plus 
-  Ability to conduct research into new companies and verticals; including building and pulling reports 



Essential job responsibilities

-  Build and manage sales and marketing content and resource repository, ensuring that all information is readily accessible for Sales Team at point of need
-  Develop buyer personas for potential customer targets and new sales collateral, including compelling PowerPoint/Prezi decks that are up-to-date with recent campaign successes and key learnings
-  Field ad-hoc requests from the Sales Team and coordinate with other departments (especially Client Services) as required, this may include: account-specific collateral for in-person meetings and associated materials to be shared with the customer 
-  Manage strategy for and submissions of RFIs (Requests for Information)
-  Perform analyses including market sizing, addressable opportunity, win/loss analysis, pipeline health, competitive overview, and customer needs
-  Support the Sales Team in creating value propositions, competitive analysis, and customer stories to improve sales conversations and drive conversion
-  Work with Finance Team to ensure they have all proper documentation pertaining to client; engage with client to request additional documents needed pertaining to purchase orders, rebates, ACH forms, etc.



About the location

Our team is concentrated at the Dallas HQ office in Deep Ellum.
