Copywriting Intern

Do you write good? (Did that make you cringe because you’re well aware that it should have read “Do you write well”?) If you answered “yes” to the second question, then you might be the perfect candidate to help us craft copy. As our summer copywriting intern, you’ll gain real-world writing experience working on actual client projects – including magazine articles, point-of-sale headlines, TV show descriptions, radio scripts, menu copy and pretty much every other wordsmithing challenge you can imagine. (A strong imagination is also a must.)

Requirements:
-         Advertising/marketing major with emphasis in writing copy and content
-         Portfolio that includes writing samples across a variety of media
-         Ability to work 30+ hours per week
-         Talent for translating strategic input into creative and communicative ideas
-         Detail-oriented and capable of effective editing
-         Fearless enthusiasm for sharing ideas (yes, even the half-baked ones) and accepting feedback
-         Desire to collaborate with fellow creative types to make cool stuff
-         Inability to stop after the first good idea
