Outside Sales Representative

The company is looking for full time Outside Sales Representative to join our Sales team from June 2019 until May 2020.

·       6 Weeks Training in San Leandro, CA
-         Learn about the products, the company, the market and the industry
-         Work on your sales skills
-         Visit retail stores in the San Francisco Bay Area
-         Participate in local trade shows and store events
-         Other duties assigned by manager

·        Business Development Road Trip – 6 to 8 months (divided in 2 periods)
-         Visit +/- 500 store buyers across the country
-         Promote and sell our games
-         Open new accounts
-         Work a database of existing customers
-         Store merchandising and staff training
-         Participate in local trade shows and store events
-         Other duties assigned by manager

·        Sales Opportunity in the San Francisco Bay Area – Up to 2 Months in San Leandro, CA
-         Account management of current customers
-         Open new accounts by phone and email
-         Work with the marketing team to assist in the development of new products
-         Participate in local trade shows and store events
-         Other duties assigned by manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
We are searching for candidates who would like to continue building their sklls in sales , are willing to travel, and want to deepen their experience in Sales and business development.
-         Bachelors degree, preferably in Business Administration, International business, Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
-         Minimum of 6 months successful sales experience.
-         International studies or work experience is required.
-         Driver’s license is required
-         Excellent verbal/ written communication skills
-         Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strict deadlines
-         High level of motivation, energy, dedication, focus and optimism
-         Excellent organizational and time management skills:  (making appointments, planning and organizing meetings and follow-up, etc)
