The specific goals toward which the Trainee’s efforts are directed are as follows:
  1. Study and pass one to two examinations required for State Licensing.
  2. Trainee will learn to assess people’s financial needs and goals and un Financial Needs Analysis software.
  3. Trainee will learn to educate individuals, families, and companies on important financial concepts that relate to retirement planning, educational funding,
  4. inflation estate and wealth preservation.
  5. Take Management & Leadership Track to develop faster & earn greater income.
  6. Have opportunity to earn income from WFG after licensing and training based on client-related performance Standards.

  1. Sign up and complete online licensing course as part of preliminary trainee duties.
  2. Study and Pass required Exams for State Licensing
  3. Read/Watch the Program Materials as assigned.
  4. Attend & Complete “Fast Start” Training with Mentor
  5. Attend Group, Team & Field Training Sessions
  6. Attend Business Events
  7. Conduct Presentation, Follow-up, Management procedures as necessary
  8. Assess and Issue 3-5 Client Reports Monthly

MYESBN.org has been working with students from NYU, MIT, and Harvard University for both credit and work experience opportunities. Our Internships and Work Experience Programs are custom tailored for each person and we offer an interdisciplinary approach to get students more valuable real-world experience in a shorter time-frame. We provide flexible scheduling including the opportunity to work weekends/evening from school or home. Every Intern has a Supervisor/Mentor to ensure maximum development.

Marketing
Learning Objectives or Other Goals: The specific goals toward which the Associate's efforts are directed are as follows:

  • Learn how you can build your own business, be your own boss, and realize your own dreams while mentoring others in business to help them achieve success.
  • Learn to assess people’s financial needs and goals relating to retirement, educational funding and estate and wealth preservation, and provide the best solutions to achieve those objectives.
  • Study and pass two examinations required for State Licensing.
  • Start earning a 4-figure monthly income after the second month of successfully working the Program, and over $4,500 by Program end.
  • Be on track to earn over $100,000 after the first year of being licensed and appointed.
