This year, we offer a variety of internship programs and positions that almost cover all IBM business units, including Blue Pathway program, Extreme Blue program, and regular intern positions.

Blue Pathway program provides the interns opportunities to engage in real-time business and gain hands-on experience. The two-month internship program is viewed by our candidates as a “one-stop-shop” way to be full-time IBMers, since the top performing interns will be offered full-time opportunities upon their graduation within year of 2020

Extreme Blue Program is for students majoring in CS or related area who want to work in technical positions.

We would like to review every potential student’s resume and the decisions are based on a composite of information, including students’ educational background, academic record or relevant experience in the area. The applicants with IT background are preferred but not the only criteria.

We encourage applications through various channels, including job boards, on-campus info sessions, university programs, or IBM Career Application website. Interns hired cross all IBM business unites and locations, covering almost all IBM professions: business consulting, technical consulting, software and hardware research and development, sales, sales support, finance, human resources and other fields.
