Customer Service Representative
Midwest Professional Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to assist Symetra located in West Des Moines, IA!
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Hours: Monday-Friday between 8AM-6:30PM
Pay: $16+ depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients
- Manage calls and e-mail queue
- Assist with new business applications
- Manage pending transactions
- Answer policy questions
- Update accounts
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous call-center experience a plus!
- Ability to multi-task
- Personable and professional
- Quick learner
- Savvy computer skills
