We are a rapidly growing digital marketing firm that works with a broad array of clients. We take a personalized approach with each of our clients to provide both innovative ideas and market-proven techniques. We have an immediate need for a Performance Analyst that will be responsible for the strategic interpretation of data as it relates to search and traffic performance. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts continue to grow our clients' SERP rankings and have the highest possible return on investment. While some experience in digital marketing, web analytics, SEO, or PPC is preferred, we will provide extensive training. This is an exciting position for the right candidate because it is an opportunity to expand upon your existing knowledge with hands on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day execution, strategic research, targeting and keyword optimization of ongoing SEO campaigns for our clients
  • Analyze performance data to provide relevant reporting metrics and appropriate recommended action plans across multi-channel campaigns
  • Coordinate efforts across different internal departments to fully optimize organic search campaigns
  • Utilize web analytics, user recordings, and heatmaps to guide design and call to action updates
  • Stay current with all SEO on page and off page trends and present to management regularly on current best practices
  • Proactively identify pilot opportunities and develop business cases as needed
  • Document SEO production task processes and reporting
  • Incorporate Google Data Studio dashboards for regular client reporting
  • Guide development and production of SEO content (webpages, blogs, videos, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns to generate high-value clicks by leveraging split tests, device targeting, high search volume/low competition keywords, etc.
  • Partner with client teams, analytic professionals, creatives, and developers
  • Be involved in keyword research, selection, and implementation

Qualifications:
  • BA, BS, or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn SEO
  • Interest in how to improve a business' search ranking on Google
  • Understanding of and interest in website performance analytics
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills
  • Works Independently and thinks creatively
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and presenting recommendations
  • Familiarity with Google platforms (Analytics, My Business, Search Console, Data Studio, Optimize) is preferred
  • Google Academy certifications are a plus
  • Working knowledge of SEO analytics tools (Ahrefs, Rank Ranger, SEMrush, Accuranker) is preferred
  • Understanding of HTML, XML, JS, CSS is a plus

As a Performance Analyst you will participate in operational meetings and have a huge impact on determining the direction of key client campaigns. You will be instrumental in driving forward innovative SEO research strategy. Your input will be key in shaping campaigns, creating websites & landing pages, developing backlink profiles, overseeing content creation, and driving traffic to clients.
