You will be able to leverage your training as a RN/LPN within our health center environment, working within the scope of your licensure to serve residents as well as guests who may be staying with us on a more short term basis for rehabilitation. You will be expected to assess and deliver effective and appropriate nursing services, ensure physician instructions are accurately followed, and effectively respond to changes in a person's health condition, including handling emergency situations. You will complete accurate documentation and follow each person's plan of care with high levels of clinical quality and customer service. As a team leader, you will ensure systems and processes are being followed and assure the clinical quality of the services performed. Likewise, you will ensure medications, treatments and related processes meet the highest levels of accuracy, timeliness and quality. We expect you to treat each person served with the highest level of respect and service, and consistently communicate with team members, residents, guests, family members, physicians, and others in a way that demonstrates respect and dignity, portraying high-touch and personalized service.
Job Requirements
We would like you to have had prior experience in a long term or post acute setting, but new graduates are also welcome. You must demonstrate excellent clinical skills as an RN, an attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as a member of a team. We require you to be able to communicate effectively with residents, family members, physicians, team members and others. You will be expected to have strong computer skills, including knowledge of electronic medical records.
