Customer service position takes care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's orders are processed and shipped.
Order management issues, pricing, vendor communication, clearing of shipments (freight questions), assist in claim initiation and resolution.
