HRIS & Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HRIS systems optimization, support and management to facilitate HR functions including Talent Management and compliance
  • Support and maintain the Taleo Talent Acquisition System (TAS)
  • Manage vendor relationships and serve as the technical point-of-contact
  • Lead the analysis, management and compliance with HR programs and services to meet organizational needs and compliance requirements
  • Ensures regulatory compliance pertaining to EEO/AAP/OFFCCP through consistent data reporting and analysis
  • Partner and liaise with IT to design and develop technology components of new HR programs and services
  • Facilitate and lead the review and update of policy documents and coordinate the publication of finalized documents
  • Compile, analyze and provide Boys Town HR data to meet business needs and ensure compliance with federal regulations and local/state/federal contract requirements
  • Provide standard and ad-hoc reports to satisfy internal and external requests for HR data including affirmative action and other workforce demographic information
  • Conduct internal audits of HR data and makes recommendations for resolving data integrity issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent; Master's Degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in facilitating and leading multiple HR and HRIS projects simultaneously; change management and business process redesign/process improvement experience; experience managing Talent Acquisition Systems, Human Resource Information Systems, and/or Talent Management or Learning Management Systems preferred
