- Strong attention to detail around business process design and process improvement
- Ability to identify customer changes to scope or other project issues and escalating that to management
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle
- Added advantage if knowledge in healthcare domain
- Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
