HR - Talent Acquisition Internship

The Talent Acquisition Internship is designed to provide participants with an in-depth experience in Talent Acquisition through broad exposure to Human Resources as well as experience with project and process responsibilities. This intern will support and drive key Recruiting initiatives, such as the engineering internship and new grad programs, candidate coordination, pre-employment process, and recruiting metrics. The intern must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is in consistent with Exelon standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law. 

Position Specifications:
·     Pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field or recently graduated
·     Minimum of a 2.8 GPA, 3,0 in major field of study
·   Candidates must be able to commute daily to the Warrenville, IL office and travel to career fairs as needed
·     This position will be a 40 hours per week for 1 year, eligible candidates must be available from June 2019-August 2020
·     Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
·     Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
·     Works effectively and relates well with others, including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company
·     The intern exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships
·     Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company
