Investment Analyst Intern

CBRE Global Investors (the "Firm") is seeking summer interns in its Americas direct real estate investment management business to underwrite and value new and existing investments. Investments will vary by property type, investment type and risk profile. 

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
  • Shadow underwriting and valuations process
  • Produce initial cash flow runs
  • Procurement and analysis of third-party research (i.e. market data and demographic analysis)
  • Assist completion of IC materials (acquisitions, financings and dispositions) when needed
  • Assist due diligence efforts for transactions in progress: confirm rent roll data, lease abstracts and estoppels data; review tenant billing statements and CAM reconciliations; and confirm and track collection of lease documents, amendments and tenant commencement letters
  • Assist with compilation of data for various reports
