Internship: IT Asset Management
This position will assist the Information Technology Services IT Asset Management team in implementing Software Asset Management functionality within our IT Service Management system, ServiceNow.
Primary duties include:
- Research into software applications to categorize by function and platform
- Normalize existing software product licensing data
- Research the potential to utilize APIs to maintain application and licensing data with industry standards
- Format tables for import into the Software Asset Management module in ServiceNow.
- Help update and build out the software catalog – products, descriptions, version
- Support the daily functions of the IT Asset Management team
