Community & Economic Development Intern

The City of Rock Island's Office of Community and Economic Development seeks a summer intern to assist with a variety of projects. The scope of work for the summer intern may include: helping to create educational programming for property owners in regard to Historic Preservation Tax Credits; conducting community meetings; assisting in Neighborhood Business District planning and organizing; updating an available properties inventory and creating marketing materials for those properties.

This internship will be housed in Rock Island City Hall, but work will take place throughout the community.
