Instructional Designer Fall Co-op 195030

Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Co-Op candidate to join our Training & Sales Excellence department located at our Duluth, GA facility. As a Co-Op, you will be supporting us develop, design and deliver highly engaging and relevant training for our customer-facing sales teams. The priority for your role is to recommend and incorporate current instructional design best practices into both new and existing learning content. We want to expand our learning offerings to leverage multiple modalities to go beyond e-learning modules and live training workshops to explore micro-learning and gamification, with a focus on learning reinforcement and retention. We will also be looking for you to create guidance for our training teams to implement in their content design and delivery going forward.
