Program Director/Designated Coordinator | Divine House, Inc.

We are looking for an individual who is organized, able to multi-task, and enjoys working with others for our supervisory position as a Program Director/Designated Coordinator in the Morris, MN area.

Primary responsibilities include: working closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop positive support strategies for each individual receiving services, providing the interdisciplinary teams with written progress reports and assessments of an individual's ability, oversight of approximately 6 community residential settings/homes, and supervising direct support staff working with the individuals.
