Healthcare Sales Executive

Job Description
Sales Executive will be responsible for sales & marketing of PCL Toxicology Services in a defined geography. PCL seeks individuals with Toxicology sales experience and established volumes with pain management practices, internal medicine practices, or substance abuse and treatment facilities. This person is experienced, driven, vibrant, and authentic.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Targeting Pain Management, Internal Medicine, and Treatment centers
  • Effective sales efforts including: prospecting, cultivating and maintaining key relationships to maximize volume and deliver sales goals
  • Regularly in-service key personnel on requisition requirements, processes, inventory
  • Establish new business and close new accounts by leveraging existing personal contacts, cold calling, networking and following up on leads.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA compliance requirements
  • Consistently communicate with sales leadership on opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed the defined territory sales goals
  • Able to maintain a home office
  • Ability to travel overnight within the territory and to attend designated conferences, company meetings
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Education of Bachelor’s Degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • College Athlete
  • Clean driving and criminal record

  • Strong negotiation skills/strong listening skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail and internet functions.
