The Research Associate will work directly with the market research team and consultants in support of activities that include conducting qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, survey development and report writing and deliverable development. The position includes opportunities to interact with benefits leaders at large employers as well as representatives of healthcare organizations, including pharmaceutical manufacturers. To be successful in this role, a candidate must possess a willingness to learn survey and data analysis platforms, convey confidence in written and oral communications, and work collaboratively in a small-team dynamic.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing a database of research respondents and ongoing identification of new targets
  • Assisting in coordination of panel outreach and research recruitment
  • Conducting research interviews
  • Programing surveys and executing research best practices
  • Performing data analysis
  • Interpreting findings from data analysis and conducting additional research via available secondary resources
  • Supporting sales efforts through development of marketing communications for targeted audiences

Qualifications:
Highly organized, detail-oriented with excellent work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing and/or Health-Related field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • 0-2 years of experience
