Research Associate

We're looking for a Research Associate to join our team in Kansas City.
Responsibilities include:
• Support all survey-related efforts including: o delivery of client communication materials including project timeline, survey questionnaire, department groupings, paper questionnaires, etc.
- oversight of design/testing/formatting of web-based and paper surveys
- participate in client project calls and results feedback sessions as needed
- contribute to the coordination of work flow for the Engagement Survey Team
- assist in developing ad-hoc reports requested by clients
• Support colleagues as needed, to fulfill client and prospective client requests
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage help-desk inquiries
• Develop strong working relationships with internal and external clients
Education & Experience
• Masters degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Social Psychology or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred.
• Previous project coordination and customer service experience is highly desirable
• General understanding of statistics and survey research methodologies
• Proficiency in SPSS is a strong advantage
• Ability to learn proprietary software/programs
• Exceptional presentation/public speaking skills
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and balance competing deadlines and client expectations
• Exceptional attention to detail (such as spelling, grammar, numerical values, etc.)
• Passion for providing high-quality customer service
• Ability to discuss complex concepts with non-technical audiences
