Talent Engagement Associate

We are looking for our next wave of early hires to work closely with our Founder/CEO. This is a great chance to get into a well-backed startup, work with highly innovative clients, and develop deep relationships with business leaders across the US (Founders, Directors, VPs and C-level professionals).

You will get excellent training and coaching (from day one), learn about consulting, recruiting/exec search at a high-level, and how to grow out a business as we scale, across highly technical fields. You will have the chance to define the business, shape the culture and get involved in geographic and product expansion as we scale.
 
The Founder/CEO recently moved from the UK to Austin to launch and grow the business and is looking for intelligent, driven and sales oriented individuals who are interested in the people business and doing something different and early stage.
 
The role:

Research: mapping and qualifying candidates in our target sectors, and to making them part of the OutScout talent pool/community/
Engagement and Onboarding: developing strong, and understanding relationships with candidates, whether it’s for short term or long term client needs. Ensuring profiles are detailed, accurate and fit for purpose.
Process Management: working with clients to help manage recruiting processes, assessments, interviews, offer presentation and post placement aftercare.
Account Management: develop clients beyond an initial placement. Partnering with them across teams, functions and locations to ensure we maximize the relationship and revenue opportunity. 
Optional - Business Development and Client Engagement: If you want to work on developing clients, that’s great, and you will be fully supported through training, coaching and guidance and needed. We want to grow our client portfolio
 
We're open to different profiles:
 
1. Recent Graduate: You might be someone who has recently graduated, and is interested in the people business, or getting into a consultative sales role in an early stage business. What you studied is not so important, we’re more interested in your attributes, motivations, interests and goals.

2. 1-2 years Commercial Experience (with no college degree): You may not have a degree, but have some commercial experience, and want to move into a more interesting sector, be given greater personal development, in a company that wants to be at the top of its field. As long as you are highly driven and can show the right attributes, then we want to hear from you.

3. Intern/Placement Year Student: We are open to hiring a student who is looking for an internship or commercial placement year whilst at college before graduation. There's a lot to do, from research, CRM/data management, marketing, social, and event planning/execution.
 
Either way, you must be highly driven, hardworking, a good listener, open to coaching, but mainly want to be part of a close team, who consistently drive high output, high-quality work and results.

We work hard, fast and smart, not one or two of the three. ​But we also enjoy ourselves at work and in downtime.

Compensation: Basic salary (depending on experience), plus monthly commission and quarterly bonuses.
