Description
  • Source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend candidates for all level positions
  • Develop and maintain internal and external networks to strategically source candidates.
  • Utilize various recruiting sources to obtain adequate number of qualified applicants for staffing needs.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Call to build a network and pipeline of potential candidates and resources
  • Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment administration
  • Administers job interviewing schedules for all job vacanciesĀ 
  • Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channelsĀ 
  • Develops pool of candidates
  • Explores the new recruitment channels and gives recommendations to the Recruitment Manager
  • Execution of the recruitment social media communication
  • Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process
