Leviathan's Commercial Mortgage Loan team is hiring for an originator who will underwrite commercial real estate loan investments that meet the company's volume, yield and quality criteria. Achieve this by developing mortgage banker and borrower relationships and by being familiar with identified real estate markets. Manage each new investment from the initial inquiry through quoting, negotiating, underwriting, due diligence and approval processes.
