We are seeking a candidate for the position of Project Manager in our Amarillo, TX, Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, or Chicago, IL office. The successful Project Manager must have strong analytical and project management skills and be able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves leading a project team and managing complex implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex SaaS implementations for new and existing clients.
- Deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain, track, and update project status and resources.
- Manage schedules and project logistics.
- Communicate with a large number of employees at all levels of the organization.
- Lead client-facing project management meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- External Project management Experience, preferably a high volume of clients
- 2 - 3 years work experience in a Project Management role, preferably in RMIS, SaaS, or software implementations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software
- Detail oriented; strong analytical skills
- Skilled in managing priorities and working under pressure with changes
- Adjusts and works efficiently in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, environment
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
