Business Development Specialist

We are looking to expand our Account Management team to work with our clients daily on campaign optimization, reporting, and account growth strategy. We have a very positive and results-oriented work environment and pride ourselves on providing leadership development and growth opportunities.

Our client is seeking a talented Junior Marketing Account Manager who will be responsible for providing superior service to our rapidly growing client portfolio. The Junior Marketing Account Manager will be expected to maintain professionalism, be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities and remain composed under the pressure of deadlines. They must exhibit dependability and willingness to work as an integral member of the Capital City Consultants Management team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
  • Assisting with efforts of customer acquisition and retention
  • Expertly managing the needs of external customers
  • Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Driving advertisements through retail promotional campaigns
  • Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing
  • Strategic, execute and manage alongside the Brand Ambassador teams
  • Interact and communicate with customers
  • Aid marketing and advertising associates and senior staff with specific projects related to each client

The ideal person for this position would have the following qualities:
  • Strong work ethic. Must be highly organized;
  • A self-starter able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture and impact strategy
  • Strong, influential, and credible verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and respond positively and effectively to change and/or shifting priorities and goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to work with external customers
  • Proficiency with office applications including but not limited to Excel and Word
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, event management, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in developing, executing, and managing event and/or marketing in a fast-paced environment
