Influencer Marketing Agency - Agency Development Partner - Chicago

We are looking for an experienced Agency Development Partner to join our sales team and generate new business opportunities with traditional advertising agencies, branding agencies, media buying & planning services, promotional agencies, public relations agencies, and digital agencies within the U.S. and international markets.
 
The ideal candidate is equal parts salesperson and strategist. You’ll be responsible for working with the VizSense team to uncover, field, nurture, and close all new agency-based opportunities. This position is our clients’ first impression of VizSense and must be confident, persuasive, relationship-driven, and extremely personable. This position reports to, and works directly with, our CEO.


What we’re looking for in an Agency Development Partner

  • 6-8 years of experience in Advertising/Media/Public Relations/Influencers
  • Be able to work with clients and develop business within an agency
  • Understand agency’s marketing goals/KPIs
  • Advise clients on how to build a successful influencer marketing program to achieve their goals
  • Experience across key social media properties
  • Expert understanding of the full life-cycle sales funnel and the associated metrics
  • Excellent sales and relationship management skills
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process; including a track record in developing trusted relationships with C-level executives

  • Sales Strategy – work with our leadership to constantly update and innovate where we focus our efforts
  • New Clients – own the sales process – strategy, lead gen, pitch, close, consult
  • Relationships – must be built to last – strong and sustainable
