Territory Management Lead Specialist

About the role:
The Territory Management Lead Specialist is responsible for consolidating and uploading leads into Gartner systems, routing leads to the appropriate region, and maintaining territory and account intelligence data.
 
What you’ll do: 

  • Maintain the Become a Client lead process, ensuring leads are matched correctly to accounts and any unassigned leads are assigned to Account Executives within 2 hours of receipt
  • Collects data on sales leads from various sources; verifies data’s accuracy; and loads it into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Monitors a global Leads email box and respond to inquiries
  • Manually routes and tracks leads for specified groups as needed (e.g. determines region and routes/tracks it accordingly) (including account assignment)
  • Coordinates and completes additional projects and ad hoc requests as needed
  • Collaboration with the Master Data Management (MDM) Operations team and Cash Applications team for the correct and timely alignment of Event Registration Leads
  • Working towards continuous process improvements to seek additional efficiencies

What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years business experience, including data entry experience
  • An ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines using superior multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional administrative, organization, and time management skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • An excellent customer service ethic
  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity including demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player with the ability to build strong internal business partnerships
  • An ability to communicate and collaborate within a matrixed environment
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a sometimes-high pressure environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a plus
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus
  • A desire to work in a high energy, fast paced environment
