Recruitment Sourcing Intern
What will I be doing?
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be asked to assist with the search for professionals of various levels of experience and engage directly with them to build and maintain a talent pipeline. We we have great impact on ProQuest’s success through identifying talented professionals and building cohesive teams.
You will be responsible for building sourcing channels, qualifying and maintaining talent pipelines and engaging with prospective candidates. If you’re a driven student who is eager to learn and currently earning your graduate or undergraduate degree in a Business related field, please consider spending your summer with us!
In this position, you will also…
• Perform various duties to support the Talent Acquisition Team. 
• Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships within Human Resources Team. 
• Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across the business.
• Engage in department meetings to gain understanding of processes, make suggestions and build relationships.

Qualified Candidates must have…Qualified Candidates must have…
• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree majoring in a business related field at an accredited school, prior completion of 24 semester hours. 
• Must be able to work through the summer approximately 40 hours per week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Products, with strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 
• Strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills. 
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates actively pursuing graduate degrees are preferred.
• Have an active LinkedIn profile and are proficient in using LinkedIn and other forms of social media.
• Experienced with activities associated with sales and promotion.

Other important information about this position: 
• It is based in the Ex Libris Des Plaines, IL office location. 
• Requires weekday attendance (up to 40 hours) with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
