Specific projects allow Co-ops hands-on experience in the student's particular field of study, while demonstrating "real world" applications of classroom theories. Guidance received from Shaw professionals, coupled with the wide variety of duties performed by the Co-Op student, helps to prepare the student for today's highly competitive job market. Shaw considers our Co-ops to be part of the team and actively engages them in meaningful work experiences.
