Market Development Representative

Market Development Representative (MDR) Role
The MDR will work with the Market sales team to build awareness in the local ecosystem through the generation of highly qualified leads, helping organize local events, and supporting the servicing of our clients. You will work closely with the Market Sales Leader to develop meaningful client relationships with C-Level executives for purposes of identifying new international expansion opportunities and the retention of existing clients. 
Major Responsibilities:
Lead Generations and Qualification Activities:
·        Prospect leads generated through webinars, events, trade shows, LiveChat, and other sources.
·        Proactively call prospective client organizations and effectively contact decision makers and/or influential management personnel such as CFOs, VPs of Human Resources with the goal of securing a first meeting between the prospective client and the In-Market Sales Directors.
·        Create Targeted prospect lists and email campaigns to generate sales leads and update SalesForce.com with all activities.
Marketing Program Activities:
·        Assist the marketing and sales teams to organize and populate local territory events.
·        Support the efforts as needed at the local events.
·        Update SalesForce.com with the appropriate information coming from the local events such as leads, follow-up calls with the leads, and any opportunities arising from the event.
General Administrative Activities:
·        Produce and deliver well formatted sales proposals for your sales team. 
·        Follow up with other departments when necessary.
·        Update Salesforce.com with lead information and activity, schedule meetings between prospects and sales staff in MS Outlook and link to SalesForce.com.
·        Successfully deliver client demos of our OsC platform
