Entry Level Software Developers
Keyseries is seeking entry level software developers to join our our team in North Haven, CT.
Position: Full time 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday through Friday 9.00AM-5:00PM
Keyseries’s Workday Training Program is an innovative training and mentoring program designed to launch careers in the fast-growing industry of Workday Functional and Technical implementations.Using advanced training model, we train with a bootcamp program to include training for candidates from diverse technical backgrounds with strong technical aptitude. Those who successfully complete our training program will become salaried employees for Keyseries and will be working on exciting projects for our clients.
Job Duties:
Reports/Integrations (% of time: 40)
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports and integrations utilizing appropriate tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running reports and analyzing HR data.
Issue Tracking (% of time: 20)
Maintain ticketing systems and issue tracker to analyze, resolve and update day to day issues raised by Business Analysts and Customers.
Production Support (% of time: 20)
Provide support for Workday including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
System Maintenance (% of time: 15)
Assist in the review, development and testing of Workday system upgrades and enhancements. Collaborate with Business Analysts to coordinate requirements for fixes and enhancements.
Training (% of time: 5)
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train customers on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies:
Requirements:
• Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering
• Any prior experience working on HRIS or HCM would be preferred.
• Desire to grow a technology skill set and learn Workday
• Strong interpersonal skill
