Implementation Consultant
Riskonnect, Inc. is seeking candidates for the position of Implementation Consultant. The successful Implementation Consultant must be a self-motivated individual with insurance industry or risk management industry experience with a high degree of technical capabilities.
Location: Amarillo, TX, Kennesaw, GA, Dallas, TX, or Chicago, IL
Travel: 20% or less
Responsibilities
- Integrated risk management, or insurance industry background with database design and platform configuration knowledge to develop optimal design solutions for clients and prospects.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand the existing and desired business processes required by our clients.
- Serve as a liaison between multiple departments to facilitate project scoping, requirements gathering and design for new client implementations, and upsell projects for existing clients.
- Deliver high-quality documentation of client requirements and design specifications for implementation.
- Work closely and successfully with other departments including: Project Management, Product Development, Data Analytics, and Data Services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, information science or related field
- 2+ years of Risk Management, Claims, or Insurance industry experience
- 3+ years’ experience with creating and documenting business use cases, specifications, and business requirements documentation
- 2+ years of Salesforce Admin experience or comparable technical experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into written technical specs
- Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
